Welcome to EmailOps.co.uk. By accessing our website or placing an order for email setups, migrations, or maintenance services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Service

EmailOps offers configuration and management services for Google Workspace and Zoho Mail. License fees charged by Google or Zoho are separate and paid directly to those respective companies. We act as your external technical setup partner and administrator.

2. Setup Fee & Payments

Our flat setup and migration fee of £250 is invoiced upon agreement of work and must be paid prior to commencing DNS configuration and email migrations. Optional monthly maintenance retainers (£39/mo or £99/mo) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

To perform setups or migrations successfully, the client must provide timely access to their domain registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Fasthosts, 123 Reg) and existing mail accounts. The client agrees to change all passwords once our setup is finalized for security compliance.

4. Guarantee & Liability Limits

We guarantee a zero-downtime, safe transition of your historic email archive, provided domain access details are correct. In no event shall EmailOps or Peter be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server outages (such as Google or Zoho service downfalls).

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
