License costs from Google/Zoho are paid directly to them.
Will I lose any old emails during migration?
No. We guarantee a risk-free migration. We copy your complete email archive (folders, sent items, attachments, contacts) to your new platform before switching the live feed. There is zero email loss and zero business downtime.
Do I have to subscribe to a monthly plan?
No. If you just need a one-off setup or migration, you can pay the £250 setup fee and manage the accounts yourself. Our monthly support plans (£39/mo or £99/mo) are optional but recommended if you don’t have internal IT support to add users, monitor deliverability, or reset passwords.
